It happens because we use ajax to remove objects in the list after
clicking delete, to avoid complete reload of the page and lose of page
no. Not sure if this is really important :)

  Pager is still visible if there are no objects..

Bug description:
  Some places (e.g. Static Report) the pager is still there after you
  delete the last object in the list. After a page refresh, the pager is
  gone.
