Lars mine is not a bug as such .it's an issue to with exporting data to
excel from reports under data set.

Bug description:
  monthly dataset cant be generated quartely nor annualy. I think its a
  bug with the 2.06 release and latest build. it worked before with
  build 2763 (got it from mathew - used in India training)
