  Filter indicator by dictionary

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:

Bug description:
  When entering a key to search indicator ( DataElements and Indicators
  module ), all indicators are searched whether we select a
  datadictionary or not. It should be filtered by dictionary if any.

  The similar bugs occurs for searching dataelement.
