  Dataentry not working in IE9

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Dataentry does not work in IE9. The data set list is not displayed
  properly.

  Some IE9 related problems went away after upgrading jquery to latest
  version. The system should be tested throughout with IE9.
