Title:
  Patient Aggregation using a patient Attribute as part of the
  Aggregation Condition

Bug description:
  
  When trying to aggregate patient data and giving a patient attribute as part of the aggregation condition it returns an empty  result set all the time. Thus for example if i have a patient Attribute HIV Status and this attribute has a patient attribute id 218 the attribute will be named [CA:218] in the condition column.Adding this as part of the condition e.g "AND [CA:218] is not null" will cause the condition to always return an empty result set
