Unclear to me whether clearing the cache has any effect. In fact, it is very
hard to make the translations appear - over all very bizarre behaviour  when
switching the database language: Eg. I had Norwegian showing, then switching
to French, then the list still shows Norwegian, but the details show
English....

The issue can be seen online at http://apps.dhis2.org/dev

I have "translated" the first dataelement (28P1) to French (28P1FR) and
Norwegian (28P1NO).
