Hi Knut,

There are some places where are not applied cache architecture into. Showing
details function, for instance. And in this case, translation functionality
which does not belong to cache anyway. It's working stable and properly
untill now. The problem of the list, that you want to see in the French
language, is that this one is being used cache for purposing of saving in
memory.

So, that's why the best way to solve this bug which should cache be clean as
Lars instruction.

Title:
  Db translations are not displayed

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  New

Bug description:
  After translating a data element name to French and switching both
  user interface language and database language to French (why are these
  not independent?), the data element list still shows the English name.
  Clicking on Edit then displays the French name, which is then also
  displayed by returning to the list. Probably a list caching issue?
