You can select dataelements from other selected program-stage while
designing a case-entry form. When opening this case-entry form to enter
data for a selected patient, dataelements, which belong to other
program-stages, are invisible into custom entry.

Default case-entry form only shows dataelements which belong to the
selected program-stage.

  Data element text field is invisible

Bug description:
  When enter data for beneficiary, in the data entry form, data element
  fields are invisible in the custom form, but in the default form they
  are not invisible. All the changes I made in default forms are not
  shown in the custom form.

  I'm not sure whether this is a bug, because these data elements I
  selected from other program stage. But if data elements selected from
  other program stages are supposed to be invisible, then they should be
  invisible in default form too.
