Dear DHIS2 community,

Most of you have an interest and extensive experience in the field of health
informatics.

The http://hiwiki.org portal was recently established, to enable
communication about health informatics standards.

We would be very grateful if you could take a couple of minutes to provide
some (anonymous) feedback.

The questionnaire is very short (6 questions), but please feel free to
elaborate and provide frank and constructive input:
