There is PDF/Excel download for section forms, but not custom forms
currently.

  Hi,

  In dhis 2.3, there is not download or print functions for Data set reports. 
  Now the report table doesn't allow to see category options of data elements. I don't know if this is the right reason for requiring  Download or Print button for dataset report.
