OK.  Taking all the warnings about badly formed hibernate.properties
into account .... it doesn't make sense to me.  If there was an issue
with my hibernate properties it would not affect the creation of just
one table.

If someone other than me can please just verify that starting dhis2
trunk build with a new blank mysql database doesn't result in this error
then I will close the bug.

  missing version table on startup

Bug description:
  When I start dhis2 with a new blank database I get the following:
   ... Caused by: com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.MySQLSyntaxErrorException: Table 'dhis2test.Version' doesn't exist

  I guess this is the version table added by Morten for orgunits?
