Well yes and no.  There is the longer term fix which we have agreed
to.  That is, tying the concepts to the categoryoptions, but that is a
fairly significant piece of work.

What I am specifically referring to is the practice of deliberately or
accidentally having extra white space in names of all sorts (currently
its an issue with orgunit codes which have been probably cut and
pasted from excel for example).  Its very easy to fix this (before the
larger overhaul) but I just raise some concerns over the impact it
might have on existing databases.  I don't really have time to assess
all the implications, but I can foresee a few things might get broken.
