  organisation unit ordering multiple roots

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  In a situation where a user has access to multiple facilities which
  span multiple districts (but not the district itself), the ordering
  presented in the data entry screen is not alphabetical. See attached
  screen shot.
