You must first generate the _orgunitstructure table, which the data
browser depends on. This table should be generated automatically, but it
isn't and I think a blueprint has been filed for this action.

Bug description:
  In data browser module on  browse by organisation unit  if we press
  browse button without selecting any organisation unit  an Exception is
  occurred.
