Hello Adedapo,
 
We, Kenya, use wireless modem which called 3G+ (HSPA) and 3G (EDGE) and
serviced by best effort. This means 7.2 Mbps (HSPA)or 384Kbps (EDGE) maximum
speed. Usual speed is not so high even 3G+ area, like 100 Kbps or 200Kbps.
When we went to lower speed area (EDGE), it is hard to use GIS capability,
but there are no problem on other area like as data entry. This EDGE
supposed to be 40 Kbps or around for average.

Please what will you recommend as minimum internet speed  for most
users(download and upload) for online deployments of dhis2 . I would
appreciate experiences from developing countries.
