  data entry for fiscal periods does not work

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce
  Define a dataset with a FIscalYear period type and add a data element, assign to an orgunit. 

  Go to Data Entry and try and enter some data.

  Javascript error is returned

  periodTypeFactory.get(periodType) is undefined
  [Break On This Error] var periods = periodTypeFactory.ge...neratePeriods( currentPeriodOffset );
