EnterpriseDB comes with a wizard to do this called the Migration Toolkit as
part of their Postgres Plus solution pack
To try the *Postgres Plus Solution Pack*, download PostgreSQL, let
StackBuilder run when the installation completes, expand the heading:
*Registration
Required and Trial Product*

Have not tried it myself in a very long while, but seem to remember that it
worked well. There are also other tools:
