  Indicator Values are not exported in Dataset Report

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  If we are exporting Dataset Report to Excel then indicator values are
  not exported and the exported report is of Default Data Entry Screen
  even if we have custom dataentry screen.
