Subject: Re: [Dhis2-devs] DHIS version 2.7 is released

Upgrading from 2.6 which had data elements in hindi has converted all of those data elements to ?? (question marks)
Is this a problem in which UTF-8 characters were represented in earlier versions and now it has been fixed or some other problem??
The database was using charset UTF-8 and the collation that was able to work with multiple languages.

Anyway to fix the ?? back to the language text back again??
