...nor when the facility layer is activated. I want to hover and get
info from orgunits in all layers at the same time. Is that not
possible!?

Bug description:
  Cannot hover an orgunit from thematic layer 1 and get information when
  thematic layer 2 is activated. Same goes for symbol layer: Cannot
  hover orgunits from the thematics layers when symbol layer is
  activated.
