Cannot reproduce this. Remember that if you are working with two
different browser tabs you need to refresh data entry module before any
changes take effect.

  Zero value storage is not functioning properly

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  System is saving zero values for some of the dataelements whether that
  has been selected in Ignore Zero Data Value and for some other
  dataelements it is not saving zero values whether ir is selected in
  Store Zero Datavalue.
