Not really sure about this one.. The semantics of the "Total" list is
that is displays the calculated totals - if the user don't understand
that we are anyway in trouble and should make the meaning clearer.

I have seen (funny) forms where data elements are listed several places
- one place for entry and one place for verification / comparison to
other numbers/sum. Having this total could then be handy. I think we
leave it as it is for now...

  DEs appear both as DE and Total in selection box

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  The selection box for assigning data elements to a custom data entry
  form include DEs with default cat combo both as data elements and as
  totals. No need to list the totals here, as there are no categories.
  It's just confusing when it leads to the total being inserted in the
  form, rather than the DE proper. Then you can't enter any data.
