Yeah..

I think it makes sense to separate the meta-data process from the data
values, that's not a problem as we are yet to stabilize our meta-data this
functionality helps. However, what we have noticed with some imports
particularly when a localhost is running on a windows vista the
export returns NO NEW VALUES and NO UPDATES. But a review of the locahost
shows that data is available.
