Thanks Lars.  I had commented it out and things are building fine.
But there seems to be a slew of runtime errors now resulting from what
looks like a partial commit last night:

ClassNotFoundException
org.hisp.dhis.caseentry.action.report.LoadPatientPropertiesAction
