Not really a bug, just the way it is at the moment.. Web pivot is a
client side solution so we didn't want to re-implement everything on the
server side. If this is important we can make a blueprint and see if we
can improve it somehow.

Title:
  format in excel file of pivot table

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  When I generate pivot table, then change the cross tab dimension, and
  then I download the report as excel file. However, the format of
  report in excel file always show data elements/indicators as cross
  tab, but not the orgunit or period I selected before.
