Hi Jason,

from r 7657 you can append /data for xml view of the sql data and
/data.csv for csv view, e.g.

http://apps.dhis2.org/dev/api/sqlViews/dI68mLkP1wN/data
http://apps.dhis2.org/dev/api/sqlViews/dI68mLkP1wN/data.csv
