  can't select data set on data entry screen

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Dhis2 2.8 standalone version 
  when i go to the data entry screen i can't select the available data sets for the (particular org unit) even though this data set is assigned to the org unit . So data entry is not possible at all.
