  Data is generating in Alphabetically sorted order on exporting DataSet
  Report.

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  While Generating and exporting a dataset report, data in generated
  Excel/PDF report is in Alphabetically sorted order. While it should be
  in Dataset format
