  Entered data is unable to see on the Report

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Test case on dhis2ke database with 2.6 version: You can see January 2011 data entry of MOH711 Dataset for Garissa Provincial General Hospital (PGH) in Garissa District, Garissa County, North Eastern.
  But you cannot see it Dataset Report. It shows all zero or blank value for January 2011.
