Bug description:
  User feedback could be improved when using a data entry form where a
  data element has been removed from the dataset but has not been
  removed from the data entry form itself. A message "Data element with
  id : 1934 does not exist" appears and is very cryptic. A check should
  be implemented to prevent the removal of a data element from a dataset
  if it is exists in a custom data entry form. First the data element
  should be removed from the custom form by the user, followed by an
  allowed deletion from the dataset.
