  Download Dataset report

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Hi,

  In dhis 2.3, there is not download or print functions for Data set reports. 
  Now the report table doesn't allow to see category options of data elements. I don't know if this is the right reason for requiring  Download or Print button for dataset report.
