Problem with data entry in the Kenyan MOH 711 dataset

Dear all,

The districts have reported problem with the MOH 711 dataset.  Data entry
sections for TB, DTC and ART have extra columns for the sex category. I have
checked the dataset combination which looks fine with me. I have attached
the TB section for your review.
