Title:
  /api/metadata returns xml content on json request

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  If you request /api/metaData.json in your browser,  it will return you the file with XML content.
  I think it is the bug because if you request /api/metaData.json.gz it will return the gziped json text.
