Thank you so much my brother.
I am currently attending a regional workshop in Accra and so have free time only in the evenings. I will sure get back to you on this. I'm so excited that I can't wait to try it and see it work.
One quick question though: Can I use the mobile phone to send data to an instance of DHIS2 running on my personal computer i.e. not a web-based server, provided all the other settings are correct?

Hi John,

Here are some steps you are supposed to follow:

1. Download the J2ME Aggregate client from http://dhis2.org/downloads
        (download the 2.9 version, don't worry, it's compatible with
        2.10 server)
2. Configure the server:
- Login to the DHIS2 server
- Go to Maintenance => Mobile Configuration => Dataset for
        Mobile
- Assign the datasets you want to send to mobile device
- Check if the mobile user has all of the dataset assign
        correctly as well as user role
3. Install the J2ME into your mobile device and login with your
        mobile user. Now you should be good to go.
