Hi John,
If your computer has a public IP address (unlikely) you will be able to
send data to it, otherwise, it is not possible. as data is transmitted from
the phone through the internet. If you can login to your local computer
from the phone, it will work. But you must have a public IP, or possibly be
able to get to the machine through the same mobile network on a private IP
range, but this again is very unlikely that it would be possible.
