  data element names doesn't show in GIS

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  New

Bug description:
  when creating a new layer, the data element names don't show in the
  thematic layer description. Only indicator names are displayed. And
  once indicator names are selected, when change to data element name
  and update the map, the old indicator name are still there.
