  datamart date selectors are not properly enabled

Bug description:
  Steps:
  Go to http://apps.dhis2.org/demo/dhis-web-reporting/displayDataMartForm.action with admin rights
  Toggle the "Data mart tables update" checkbox
  Start and End date controls should toggle between enabled and disabled but don't.

  Workaround:
  Click on the "Data mart tables update" label instead!
