  Sorting of periods in charts on dashboard vs DV is different

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  New

Bug description:
  When selecting periods manually, DV will sort period chronologically.
  However, on the dashboard, periods are displayed according to the way
  they were selected.

  Example: selecting months of 2012 and then months of 2013 will work as
  expected in DV (Jan 2012 - Dec 2012), whilst the dashboard chart will
  be Dec 2012 - Jan 2012 - Dec 2013 - Jan 2013.
