Not completely related, but same theme I am not seeing any effect of using
lastUpdated as per
http://www.dhis2.org/doc/snapshot/en/user/html/ch25s05.html.

I might get the chance to debug this myself tonight, but I wonder has
anyone else seen anything similar?
