  Time series png charts have wrong order

Status in DHIS 2 - District Health Information Software:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The PNG charts that are displayed in the Dashboard don't handle time
  series correctly - the periods are not in the right order. This
  probably applies to all frequencies, I have a local example with
  weeks, and it can be seen in the online demo for months:
