  Pivot org unit ordering in favorite after load

Bug description:
  In pivot table module, custom sort order of organisation units is not
  preserved after loading a favorite. To reproduce:

  - Create a pivot with custom org unit order (use ctrl-click selection in tree).
  - Save as favorite
  - Load favorite
  - Click "update" -> org unit ordering is back to alphabetical
