Hi Gomez,

the custom form pdf/excel download is a bit vulnerable since it is parsing
the HTML of the form/report and relies on there being well-formed HTML
tables inside it. So if you forms have any anomalies in the HTML table
markup then you get weird output. The log indicates this, e.g. " Ignoring
row which has 6 columns since table has 8 columns". Can you please
double-check your custom form HTML and make sure the tables are
well-formed, ie. has the same number of cells for each row?
