  In 2.13 snapshot
  The translation works fine with Data element, data quality module but in GIS, Visualizer and Pivot Table, the translated string are not shown (default or language used for creation are shown). I guess translation in GIS and other Ext module are not active.
+ Translation works fine while displaying the legends. but during the section of the data element or indicator or group default language is shown.
