The team has looked at the documentation via the link provided, but it
has not resolved the issue.

The document covers Ubuntu platform, but we are running DHIS on Windows
2008 Server R2.

Title:
  Problem accessing DHIS - HTTP ERROR 500

Status in DHIS 2:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  We have downloaded and configured DHIS and it is now hosted virtually.
  Recently we have been experiencing and issue which are are struggling to resolve. We are able to access the site and navigate to a few pages before an error message appears: HTTP ERROR 500, Caused by: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: PermGen space
  Please advise on how to address this error.
