  - Find/add person
  - Select org unit in the tree
  - Find a person
  - Click on it to open person dashboard
+ - Click on a program, which opens a data entry form
  
  -> Selected org unit in tree is unselected.
  
  -> Currently selected org unit should persist.
  
  Affects 2.12 and trunk.
