Hi Troy,

this isn't a bug per se, rather intended behavior. The original
requirement was to be able to print out data entry forms for
distribution to facilities which didn't have computers so that data
could be captured on paper and subsequently computerized.

If you need to print the data entry form with data I suggest you use the
services -> reports -> data set report and click print from there after
loading your report. It will show the form with aggregated data, but if
you load the form at the lowest level with the period for which the data
was captured it will show the "raw" data.

Bug description:
  Data on Data Entry forms don't show up on Print or Print Preview on
  DHIS2 v2.12. Tried this on Firefox 24.0 and Chrome Version
  29.0.1547.76 on Ubuntu 12.04 Desktop.
