  Line breaks in indicator expressions causing data entry crash

Status in DHIS 2:
  Triaged

Bug description:
  If you get a line break inside an indicator numerator or denominator
  it breaks the JSON representation. This leads, among other things, to
  the data entry module not to work properly since the meta-data payload
  cannot be parsed. Should be investigated for validation rules as well.

  We need to i) remove line breaks when saving expressions and ii)
  remove line breaks when serializing (encoding) JSON.
