Fwd: stable.dhis2.org is Pointing to DHIS2.12

Hi,

When I use the stable release link to get the latest WAR file on the dhis2 website, this comes up with 2.12 instead of 2.13. Still happening  as at 22:19 (BST). Can anyone else confirm this?
