I am using DHIS 2.11 live. When I try to search an individual I get
following exception,

Sorry! The system failed to execute the operation. Usually, no data is
lost and you can continue working by going back to the previous page.

'Search by name or identifier' drop down list is disabled. I am
searching the record by name and providing the name in the adjacent text
box.

I tried clearing the browser cache, but it wasn't of any help.
