Hi,

The menu items for Tracker functionality is Individual Records under
Services and Persons and Programs under Maintenance.

If you saw a Tracker menu item on the demo site that must be pointing to an
App that has been uploaded. Just work in progress. You'll find all the
Tracker functionality under the two menu items listed above, as described
in the user manual.
